1. Hardware requirements:

   - PG or PC with pentium processor 1GHz (or higher)
     and at least 512 MB RAM.
   - At least 100 MB free hard disk space.

2. Software requirements:

3. Installation of the Software:

   - You should quit all other applications before starting
     the FuzzyControl++ installation.
   - Run SETUP.EXE.
   - The setup program will guide you through the installation.

   - For optimal screen display, set the Windows-
     "Display Properties" to "small fonts". The resolution
     should be at least 800x600 pixels.

   Note: The program and the installed files can be uninstalled
   using the corresponding Windows tool. For more details,
   please consult the Windows online help system or the Windows
   reference manual.

4. Hints about copy protection

   This program is copy protected.
   Therefore the software will only run if the authorization
   or the appropriate emergency authorization (14 days authorization)
   has been installed on the hard disk drive of the relevant PC.

   For FuzzyControl++ you need the "FuzzyControl++ Base V6" authorization.
   For Runtime Modul "PCS7" you need the "FuzzyControl++ PCS7" authorization.
   For Runtime Modul "CFC" you need the "FuzzyControl++ CFC" authorization.
   For Runtime Modul "OPC" you need the "FuzzyControl++ OPC" authorization.
   For Runtime Modul "ActiveX" you need the "FuzzyControl++ OCX" authorization.

   For communication:
   FuzzyControl++ and NeuroSystems are using the same authorization.
   For communication over PROFIBUS you need the "FuzzyControl++ PROFIBUS V5.0" authorization in addition.
   For communication over Industrial Ethernet you need the "FuzzyControl++ Ind. Ethernet V5.0" authorization in addition.
   For communication over TCP/IP you need the "FuzzyControl++ TCP/IP V5.0" authorization in addition.

   Also, please take note of the hints about the AuthorsW/LicenceManager authorization tool.
   It will be installed with SIMATIC WinCC, SIMATIC PCS 7 or SIMATIC NET software.
   With AuthorsW/LicenceManager you can transfer an authorization between the
   authorization floppy disk and the relevant hard disk drive.

   Caution!
   Do not transfer an emergency authorization to a hard disk drive
   until it is absolutely necessary to do so.
   If the emergency authorization has been activated (after the first
   authorization check at the latest) you can抰 stop the
   countdown! After 14 days, the emergency authorization will be
   invalid, without exception!
